1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bdjt ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services available at bdjt.ws, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, fish shooting games, poker, live casino, and any promotional offers. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on bdjt.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bdjt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of bdjt.ws and all associated services. Your continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. bdjt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication at bdjt.ws.

2 Eligibility

Access to bdjt.ws and use of any of its services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on bdjt.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bdjt is lawful in your location.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register or problem gambling database. Players who have previously self-excluded are prohibited from opening a new bdjt account.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by bdjt for breach of these Terms or any other reason that has not been formally resolved.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money services on bdjt, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all bdjt accounts:

• You may hold only one account per person. If duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts will be suspended and bdjt may withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdjt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. bdjt may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment methods (KYC) at any time.
• Account sharing, transferring, or selling your bdjt account to any other person is strictly prohibited. bdjt accounts are personal and non-transferable.

bdjt reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or where required by applicable regulations. Where possible, bdjt will provide notice of such action, but is not obligated to do so where the closure is for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance reasons.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdjt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• bdjt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available deposit methods may be updated without prior notice.
• All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will not be processed where KYC verification is outstanding.
• bdjt does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their chosen payment provider.

bdjt employs anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Funds deposited through the platform must not originate from illegal or undisclosed sources.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdjt may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms that accompany each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. bdjt determines eligibility at its sole discretion, and promotional offers may be limited by player history, verification status, or other criteria.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• bdjt reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses that have already been granted and are actively in use.
• Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, systematic low-risk wagering, or other strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts or shared household registrations will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

6 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Players must use bdjt.ws solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjt platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing cards or game information in live casino or poker titles.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bdjt platform, its software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in order to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or evade any suspension or ban previously applied by bdjt.

bdjt employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bdjt reserves the right to void all associated bets, confiscate winnings, close accounts, and report the matter to relevant authorities without obligation of prior notice to the player involved.

7 Responsible Gaming

bdjt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bdjt account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours for reductions and 7 days for increases.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the bdjt support team at [email protected]. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on bdjt.ws — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bdjt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bdjt.ws for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from bdjt.ws without the prior written consent of bdjt. Unauthorised use of bdjt content may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of bdjt.ws, including but not limited to the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, including during periods of planned or unplanned maintenance downtime.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, content, or game results displayed on bdjt.ws, where such loss could not have been reasonably foreseen by bdjt.
• Losses resulting from third-party service interruptions, including payment provider outages, mobile network failures, or internet service disruptions that are outside the direct control of bdjt.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

bdjt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at bdjt.ws/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdjt will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the platform experience.

11 Amendments to These Terms

bdjt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdjt will publish the updated Terms on bdjt.ws with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bdjt platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of bdjt.ws, or any services offered therein, shall first be referred to the bdjt support team at [email protected] for resolution through good-faith negotiation. bdjt will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents bdjt from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
